- Established as Hilton Rubbers.
- 1994
- Re-organised as Forech India Ltd.
- 1997
- Entered technical collaboration with Dunlop Enerka for conveyor belting.
- 1999
- Technology agreement with TRS International Gmbh.
- 2003
- Set up a second factory – Dhaturi Works – designed for 500 TPM output.
- 2004
- Commissioned Simpelkamp Press for manufacturing 2000mm conveyor belt.
- 2009
- Set up our third manufacturing facility at Cheyyar, Tamil Nadu to produce Steel Cord Belts.
- 2011-12
- Delivery and execution of Steel Cord orders lead to projected turnover of Rs 3000 Million.
